Exchange & Return Policy

At Home of Labs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used towels and bath products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your product for a different size, color, or design (if available).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Return Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Non Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or not in original condition.

  • Custom or promotional items.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at support@homeoflabs.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

  • Once approved, send the product back to our return address.

Note:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
